Test Conventions

Framework

• Standard library testing only — no testify, ginkgo, or other frameworks
• Use t.Fatal, t.Fatalf, t.Error, t.Errorf for assertions
• Use t.TempDir() for temporary directories (auto-cleaned)

Hook Integration Tests

Hook tests use marker files to verify execution:
