Reload configuration and apply changes.
Usage
runix config reload
Description
Re-reads the runix.yaml config file, validates it, computes a diff against the current config, and applies changes without restarting healthy processes.
Examples
# Reload config
runix config reload
# No changes detected
# [Runix] No configuration changes detected
# Changes detected
# [Runix] Configuration changes:
# + process "worker" added
# ~ process "api" env.PORT changed: "8080" → "9090"
# [Runix] Configuration reloaded via daemon
Behavior
- Reads the current config from viper state
- Re-reads the config file from disk
- Validates the new config
- Computes a diff between old and new configs
- If daemon is running, sends
ActionConfigReloadIPC - If daemon is not running, changes apply on next start
What Gets Applied
